- Check the profile’s usable inner width against the LED strip and any connectors.
- Select a compatible LED strip, diffuser, end caps and mounting accessories. LED strips and drivers are supplied separately unless agreed otherwise.
- Test the strip and driver before fitting. Clean the mounting surface and secure the strip using its specified method.
- Fit the cover, route the wiring and install the channel according to the product drawing.

We maintain approximately 50 tonnes of aluminum billet stock throughout the year to support material planning and extrusion orders. Raw-material procurement is part of how we organize production for customers.

Packaging Options for LED Aluminum Profiles
Individual PE sleeves help reduce surface scratches when profiles are handled and packed. Protective-film requirements can be discussed for the selected finish.
Paper tubes can provide additional support for long profiles during handling and transport. Tube dimensions and quantities depend on the profile section and packing plan.
Where specified, paper tubes are packed in outer cartons for additional protection. Packing is selected around the profile length, weight and transport method.
Long cartons may be reinforced with edge or corner protectors. Tell us your shipping method, labeling and handling requirements when requesting a quotation.

Aluminum Billet Preparation
Suitable aluminum billet material is selected for the required alloy and final temper. Billets are cut and prepared for the specified extrusion process.
- 02
Billet & Die Preheating
Billets and extrusion tooling are preheated under a controlled process. The temperature settings depend on the alloy, tooling and section geometry.
- 03
High Pressure Extrusion Forming
The extrusion press pushes the heated billet through a die to form the required cross-section. Press capacity and process settings are selected for the profile design.
- 04
Controlled Cooling
The extruded profile is cooled using the method specified for the alloy and section. Controlled cooling forms part of achieving the required material properties.
- 05
Pulling & Stretch Straightening
Profiles are pulled through the line and straightened using a suitable stretching process. Straightness and dimensions are checked against the agreed specification.
- 06
CNC Fixed-length Precision Sawing
Profiles are cut to the required stock or finished lengths. Cutting tolerances, end quality and any deburring requirements are agreed for the product and order.

Aging to the Specified Temper
Where required, profiles undergo a controlled aging cycle to achieve the specified temper. Time and temperature depend on the alloy and production process.

Surface Preparation & Finishing
Surface preparation and finishing are selected for the required appearance and application. Options may include anodizing or coated finishes; color, film thickness and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production.

Optional CNC Secondary Machining
Drilling, slots, notches and other secondary machining can be specified for mounting points, wiring or assembly features. Dimensions are reviewed against the product drawing.

Dimensional & Surface Inspection
Inspection checks may include section dimensions, cut length, straightness and surface appearance. Finish requirements and inspection criteria are confirmed for the selected specification.

Protective Film Wrapping & Packaging
Profiles are protected and packed according to the section, length, finish and shipping requirements. Sleeves, tubes, cartons and corner protection may be used as appropriate.
