Acrylic Edge Lit LED Panels are a dream come true for those seeking a uniform backlighting solution. The secret is in the technology. A patented V-cut pattern is engraved into the acrylic light guide allows the edge mounted LEDs to disperse light evenly across the acrylic lighting. While it is possible to disperse light across acrylic without an engraved pattern, the problem occurs when the acrylic becomes larger. Undirected light will not disperse evenly. Our patented technology allows us to make extremely large custom panels that are evenly illuminated. Our technology essentially tells the light where to go without any hotspots.
